Keloid Removal
A keloid removal procedure involves reducing or eliminating thick, raised scars that have grown beyond the original site of a skin injury. The most common methods include: surgical excision, where the keloid is carefully cut out under local anesthesia, and steroid injections, where Corticosteroids are injected into the scar before or after removal to reduce inflammation and help flatten the area.
